Stage payments

      10% of the purchase price, inclusive the Reservation Deposit is due and payable upon signing of the agreement sale.

      20% of the purchase price is due and payable on completion of the foundations.

      20% of the purchase price is due and payable on completion of the walls.

      20% of the purchase price is due and payable on completion of the roof.

      28% of the purchase price is due and payable on practical completion of the building(s).

      2% the balance of the purchase price is due and payable on the filing of the intended Condominium Declaration and completion of the snagging.

       

             This developement will commence construction in April 06 and is slated to finish approximately in January 2008

 

For clarification, we wish to inform prospective purchasers that we have prepared these sale particulars as a general guide. Room sizes are approximate and rounded: they are taken between internal wall surfaces and therefore include cupboards/shelves etc. Accordingly, they should not be relied upon for carpets and furnishings. Formal notice is also given that all fixtures and fittings, carpeting, curtains/blinds, and kitchen equipment, whether fittes or not, are deemed removable by the vendor unless specifically itemised within these particulars.
